The computer revolution in America brought both some winners and some losers in the modern labor playfield. While certain jobs were replaced by computerized machines, it also ignited tech related careers and birthed the era of the so called: Geeks. Many tech visionaries were ridiculed as children or young adults for fitting the geek stereotype, yet they have been some of the most influential people of our generation.
